Our role
Figure AI Inc. designs and manufactures humanoid platforms such as Figure 03 and develops Helix, the AI stack behind them. Public materials on figure.ai describe home help, industrial deployments, and research milestones.
Figure Robotics Info is a separate intermediary service. We help clients:
- understand publicly available product context before committing;
- pursue an order for an original Figure robot through legitimate channels that are available at the time;
- organize packaging, export, freight, and destination receiving worldwide;
- verify that documents, milestones, and handover conditions are handled carefully.
What we are not
We are not Figure AI Inc. We are not an authorized partner, franchise, or official store. We do not speak for Figure’s roadmap, pricing, warranty policy, or software updates. Manufacturer trademarks and product names belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the robot you ask us to source.
Quality standard
A humanoid shipment is high value and sensitive. Our job is to keep the process tidy: clear written steps, logistics partners suited to precision cargo, and follow-through until the unit is received as agreed. Availability of original units can be limited; we say so early if a request cannot be fulfilled.
